[UPHPU] OALUG PHP Workshop

this would be a good time to emphasize good practices
here might be some topics for 20-30 minute presentations
OO / MVC
code management
intro to some frameworks (cake, zend, symphony ...)
interfacing with Postgres, MySql, SqLite
security issues

4 hrs is pretty long but if people are willing to present...

How many people are expected to attend ? What demographics ?
