[UPHPU] web-based project management software

I've got a friend that works at Novell. Novell apparently came to the
same conclusion as you, because they just took Bug Tracker and a team of
developers, (including my friend), and had them custom develop an entire
project management and reporting system. Its pretty impressive what
they've done, but its in house, and runs off Oracle. I realize this post
isn't terribly useful as far as finding a good one, but that is what one
major company did.
