I'd like to hear about optimizations and performance as well, but more

Intermediate to advanced.  I don't expect to learn anything really new 
conceptually, but perhaps understand some better practices.

I might have a situation to study, depends directly on the specific 
topic, but I'd like to get involved in clustering and high availability 
solutions.
