Ah, yeah, it wouldn't surprise me if a PDA or cell phone browser wouldn't 
handle it, but opening a new window on one of those is probably the least 
of your worries. I should have clarified that on a computer, all browsers 
I would consider "major" browsers (e.g. the Big Three) work fine.
