http://www.odditysoftware.com/page-webcontentdata.htm  looks
promising, although I've never used them.  I've negotiated deals for
GIS data (both buying and selling) for my company before, but never
any other kind of database.  I expect for just about any specific area
they're going to cost you a fairly pretty penny, though.
