[UPHPU] PHP install on IIS need help.

I am totally new to PHP and I am trying to get it install on my  
cousins server (unfortunately he lives in California and I live in  
Utah). He has a windows machine and runs IIS as the server software.  
He a couple of my sites (i.e. www.giboneydesigns.com &  
www.wolfberrytea.com). I don't know much about IIS or web-serving for  
that matter but i know that my folder on his machine is located at  
"e:/backup/wwwroot/giboneydesigns"

So a couple of days ago I told him to follow this tutorial (i don't  
know if it was a good one, but it looked good)  http://

Last night he told me he had uploaded it. How exactly he did it I  
don't know. Anyways I have my first PHP file located at    
www.giboneydesigns.com/test.php   all it contains is the following code:

    phpinfo();
?>

When i go to that page though it says it isn't found. I don't know if  
my cousin did something wrong or if it is because he has multiple  
websites running, but I don't even know what to ask him.
