[UPHPU] PHP Automated <head> Tags

I've posted some code that automates <head> info here:

This assumes static web pages, and no database, though one can easily
customize the code to use a database.  Do some of you do something
similar?  Is there a more standardized way to do this?  I welcome your
comments in this mail list or as a comment on the page itself.
