Here are a few that show reasonably well the kinds of things I'm talking 
about. I will say right now that I know that some of these can be done 
without using tables by making certain widths static so that things are 
forced to line up without using tables. But I want to be able to adjust 
those widths without having to change it in many places and without having 
to have huge class lists or bloated CSS with IDs on everything imaginable. 
And I don't want to overuse relative and absolute positioning all over the 
place either.

There are simpler and more complex pages on here. Most of them it's the 
page template or header/footer material that I'm pointing out, but on some 
of them it is the body or the entire page.
