[UPHPU] Validation

I don't care that much about validation. I rarely validate my work. I  
do know that my work will validate (or will with very minor tweaks).  
I don't care about validation in terms of validation; I think  
validation badges are tacky and ugly. I do feel very strongly about  
standards compliant, clean, lean, properly used, and well-formated  
code though.
