[UPHPU] Calendar Library

I don't know of any that are non-gpl, but be sure you are searching for
"JavaScript Calendar" or something similar.  PHP doesn't handle client
side stuff, so searching for a PHP calendar will probably just be
frustrating.

Just so you can see the kind of thing I have in mind when you say
"date-picker", here's the one I use, but it is LGPL.
