Hello,
  My name is Nathan Woodbury and I have recently been forming a company.  Our idea is fairly simple and will be managed via internet.  We are looking to form a partnership with someone in which we will give part ownership of the company to them, in return for their efforts in creating our website, maintaining it, and managing a merchant account.  We expect to create the website in stages, improving it as we grow.  We hope to incorporate moving parts like flash, and visual gallery's, etc.  The time commitment involved shouldn't be that intense.  This isn't meant to be a full or even part time job.
