Yes, to some extent there is.  Mostly because a lot of agencies take an
undisclosed percentage of one's paycheck.  Open up to your prospective
employees and clients by telling them how much you're charging both parties,
and it'll make a world of difference.

Also, from what I've seen of agency recruited employees, they're generally
technically inferior than your own recruited employees.  Perhaps point
number one has something to do with this.
