[UPHPU] Freelance Opportunity Starting ASAP

I am in need of someone with 2-3 years experience in PHP and Photoshop to 
build a site.  The site is for a company that sells prom dresses and the 
turn around time will need to be fairly quick.  So, if you have time the 
next two weeks, please email me back with a brief list of your 
qualifications.  Pay on this will be contract-independent only between 
$2500-3000.  Estimated time to complete it would be around 50 hrs.  This 
really isn't going to be technically or graphically challenging - we just 
need someone who is dependable and can do the work.  This is not through an 
agency and you will be working directly with the company.
