[UPHPU] IE7 Breaks IE6

The following process works for me:
1. Install IE 7.
2. Get the standalone versions of IE 6 (and 5.5 and 5) here:
   http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit/standalone
3. Unzip them and set up shortcuts.
4. Delete the following registry key (this makes conditional comments work):
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Version Vector\IE

Unless I'm forgetting something, that's all it should take.
