This is my take on the whole thing (if anyone bothers to care). If you
have only used MySQL, give postgres an honest try. Depending on your
*needs* you might find it a better fit. But don't start fanboying that
foo > bar when you haven't even tried them both. That's just lame.
Anyway, I like them both. *Anything* is better than SQL Server 2000 (I
could go on for days of its lack of features and bugs ... for fun, look
up the function reference of ISNULL).
