Yes, but you have to release the code under the GPL license. Which
means anyone that buys your code could turn around and give it away for
free. In fact if you release the product then you have to release the
source code. There are some strange provisions for web based apps. If
you modify the code but do not release the source code but you sell a
service (e.g. you are the only host) then you are not _required_ to
release the source code. This is because you are not releasing the
binary version you are releasing the results of the binary version.
IMHO it is lame as I have been personally burned by this provision.
