[UPHPU] Another Question on Normalization

After all your help, and reading a few articles, I am attempting to  
normalize this table

Now I am trying to move this into 2nd level normalization first, for  
practice, then I will go on to 3rd level. Now the ItemName field is  
actually formed by the joining of the Products Table and the Product  
Type Table as seen below. Same concept with the ItemDescription Table  
(being formed be the Products Table, Size Table and Products Type  
Table). How do I show that in 2nd level Normalization? Would I just  
drop those fields like the Second Table below? Is this in 2nd level?
