[UPHPU] PHP Search

I'm thinking of adding search to our intranet site. It's not connected
to the internet, so I can't just use google site search or anything
like that.

So far I've found:

Sphider:  http://www.cs.ioc.ee/~ando/sphider/

and

PhpDig: http://www.phpdig.net/


Does anyone have any experience doing something like this? Or have
used either of the above php spiders?
