Yes, I'm setting it up in a DIV

I will be, at the moment I'm trying to get the layout working in CSS.
I'm taking something someone else created and converting it to a CSS
layout, my main objective being making the code easier to understand
and maintain.  My secondary reason is that I'm trying to move all of
our sites away from table based layout as much as possible.

Don't have the code to show you yet.  My main problem at this point is
my lack of understanding about how relative positioning works.

If I simply turn off that div will that move my other divs up so that
there's no gap between the  title bar and the menu/content divs?

Hopefully this makes sense...
