[UPHPU] CSS Help

I've got a site that has the following layout:

	Menu available to specific user groups

Menu		    |
for		       |
everyone	   |
			|		Body Content
			|
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm trying to use CSS to do this site layout, but I'm struggling to
place everything correctly when the "menu available to specific user
groups" is not displayed.

I know I need to use relative positioning, but I could use any hints
or links to sites/tutorials that you may have that would help me
figure this out.
