[UPHPU] Compiling php 5.1.4 w/ postgresql and apache2 on OSX

I'm wondering what config parameters I need when configuring and
compiling php 5.1.4  so that it works with the apache2 that I've
successfully compiled and postgresql that I've installed - do I need to
specify GD at this time ?   thks.
