[UPHPU] problems installing php 5.1.4 and apache2 on OSX 10.4

do you have xcode installed? If not try installing xcode and then
try again. I have read of several people having similar problems
when trying to install Apache2 and having the problem fixed once they
get xcode installed. Also, I have used more of the stuff from
Entropy and it works fine, so I'd guess that package doesn't install
because you don't have Apache2 installed.
