but your idea of email being a backup is still reliant on you being
online...otherwise it's stored on the server till you retrieve it.
You say you can have other computers receive the email as well, so
why not have them just run the simple script instead. THen there's
more chances of it being done regularly. Also, why not set it to run
automatically, so there is no interaction from you?
