I doubt/hope it is not intentional. Not sure what could cause it. But
for those souls that want to or have to use Internet Explorer but would
still like to view the site you can go to
http://arcanatower.com/uosp.php. All it does is establish a connect to
http://openclue.org/ut and passes the lines straight across. The only
modifications are a html base entry in insert right after the <title>,
and all scripting is removed.

It doesn't look intentional. I just tried having Firefox lie and claim
to be IE, and didn't see any error. It only shows up if I use the real
IE in Virtual PC, and even then only after the page already loads.
Wierd, yes, but it looks unintentional.
