Just kidding.  I have seen IE7 used and I agree that it is a major improvement 
over their previous versions.

The reason that IEv<7 are evil (aside from being made by Microsloth) is that 
the browser is not standards compliant.  This causes many problems including 
making creating web pages much more time consuming.  IE 7 appears to be much 
more compliant.
