[UPHPU] dynamic PDF creation?

My experience comes from utilizing:

FPDF
http://www.fpdf.org/

FPDI
http://fpdi.setasign.de/

With these it would take me 1-2 days depending on the
complexity of the PDF. To save time, I create PDF
template first and use FPDF to fill in blanks.
