The only one from that list that I've used much is Bugzilla.  Of
course, every tool has its pros and cons, and Bugzilla is no
exception, but it works reasonably well for what it's supposed
to do.

Pros: it's a fairly mature system with a large community of users
Cons: it was originally intended for a single, specific project,
and it can be difficult to work with if you don't do things The
Mozilla Way.

It looks like all of the systems you've listed are available in
the FreeBSD ports tree, so I wouldn't expect much difficulty in
installing any of them.  Post-installation configuration and
customization, of course, is another matter, and with Bugzilla,
at least, can take a fair bit of work.
