Have you looked at Flyspray?  http://flyspray.rocks.cc  Excellent bug tracker
with some great features, it's written in PHP and has ties with dokuwiki (at
least in the current beta and forward).  It's very stable (ask Mac, he's one of
the developers) and easy to use.
