Okay I installed the preference pane and it said that MySQL Server
was stopped. So I pressed the button that said "start MySQL Server",
and I thought to myself "oh that was easy"... but it didn't work. It
thought for a minute and then just continued to say that it was
stopped =(. So I tried the command line in terminal
Webot-Graphics-Computer:~ Jan$ sudo /Library/StartupItems/MySQLCOM/
MySQLCOM start
Password:
Starting MySQL database server
Webot-Graphics-Computer:~ Jan$
Basically the same thing. Do I need to be running a Server OS?
