NameCheap.com is hands down my favorite. $8.88/year, and their web-based 
DNS manager is much better than the others I've seen.

Re: the archives being down, I get the same thing. 
http://uphpu.org/pipermail/uphpu/ gives me "Not Found", and the link from 
http://uphpu.org/mailman/listinfo/uphpu points to 
http://localhost.localdomain/pipermail/uphpu/ , which is also bad.

Google has our archives indexed, I believe. If you use inurl:uphpu.org or 
site:uphpu.org to restrict your search, you could probably find stuff in 
the archives, and view the cached copies, if nothing else.
