[UPHPU] new local list: windows admins anonymous

Hi all,

Just wanted everyone to know about a new list that just got started: 
Windows Admins Anonymous.

Basically its a mailing list for those Linux geeks that have to use 
Windows at either work or home, and we need to know how to take care of 
them.  A list for windows admins who wish they weren't. :)
