[UPHPU] PHP Binary

Sorry, maybe I should clarify.  I don't have immediate rights to create 
a php binary so I'm trying to find a workaround for some testing.  The 
PHP that's on the server already doesn't have MySQL support installed in 
to it so I wanted a test with a binary that included it -- if possible.
