[UPHPU] Handling Datetimes (Calendars and Clocks)

You, my friend, sound like a programmer;-) I don't like it either. I
have found that I often have to take off the programmer hat before I
ask myself the critical UI questions. Then, after I get my answers, I
can put it back on. Us programmers value the power enough to
appreciate the learning curves. Most people do not. I'm often tempted
to say "won't my users be all the better off once they get comfortable
with the 24Hr time format", but now the problem becomes keeping users.
.... pardon me, just had to vent ... boys, it can be lonely outside
the development circle!
