[UPHPU] programmer needed for large web project

A large web project is underway that has recently lost it's programmer. 
The project is still in it's infancy however (only design and interface 
templates have been written). We are in need of someone that has the 
experience, skills, time, and desire to take on this project, for hire. 
The site will be running in your standard LAMP environment and will use 
SMARTY for the interface. The programmer will be in charge of the 
scripting and database design and will be working with our designer 
(me), who is in charge of graphics and the user interface. Persons 
considered for this position should have experienced with large scale, 
high traffic, websites, including security and account design related 
to credit card processing and personal billing. The site will be a 
user's community site and will include several custom utilities related 
to communication, messaging, voting, profiles, calendars, and 
composition panels.
