[UPHPU] new server and list are up

Alright, ladies and gents, it appears that for the most part the 
transition went quite smoothly. The site is now running off the new 
server and our new mailling list is up. Each of you that were 
subscribed previously have automatically been moved to the new list.

Along with our lists, comes many niceties that we longed for in the 
past. You can now log into a mailman admin panel and personalize your 
settings, switch to digest mode, reset/change your passphrase, etc. We 
will also have respectable archives.

Please note that we have also create two additional lists, allowing us 
to seperate out general group announcements and job announcements. 
Allowing you only recieve the content that you are interested in. See 
our mailing list page...
