Ahem... mozilla mail? It most definitely does... Take a look up at the
button bar at the top... Prominently situated between Compose and Forward
you'll find Reply and Reply All buttons.
For those keeping score, here's a running list of mailers that do and do
not support separate reply vs reply-all:
Separate Reply/Reply-All:
-------------------------
Berkely mail
Elm
Pine
Mutt
Mozilla Mail (and Netscape, etc.)
MS Outlook/Outlook Express
Missing Reply/Reply-All:
-------------------------
Can't think of any.
If even MicroSoft can get it right, I doubt many mailers can get it wrong.
Two of the most compelling reasons (to me, anyway) in the document
referenced earlier are:
1) Setting Reply-To for the mail list _destroys_ any existing Reply-To
header that a person may have been using.
2) The consequences of accidentally replying to the author only are not
negative at all, other than you have to resend if you want to hit the
whole list. However, the consequences of accidentally replying to everyone
are obviously extremely negative in many ways. (And it gets publically
archived forever, too!)
Additionally, any mailer that is dumb enough not to let you choose
reply/reply-all easily is probably dumb enough to not make it painfully
clear that your reply will go to the world.

P.S. When we're done with this thread, we ought to bring it up on any of
the other local lists (PLUG, UUG, SLLUG, etc.) who are still setting
reply-to. Yeah, we may get flamed, but if this list is any indicator,
we'll probably win more converts than flames.
