[UPHPU] UPS Shipping Rates

I contacted UPS last year about that and they told me you had to actually
use their website (as in link to it) to get UPS rates.  I asked if they
had any kind of interface that I could just send them the zip codes and
stuff and get the rate returned and they said no.  Credit card processing
companies have the right idea where you send the pertainite information
and they respond with some answer that can all be done with cURL.  But UPS
seems to be lost on this idea.  I talked with several of them asking for
API's or the like, and they all said they didn't have anything except for
the user interface.  Needless to say I was not pleased.

If anyone else has information on UPS I would like it as well.  I have
found that the more common approach to shipping is to get the tables they
have and enter them into a mysql db and figure it that way.
