[UPHPU] digital sigs now making it through content filter

For those of you that have noticed that digital signatures have not 
been making it through our mailing list's content filters, I have good 
news, I have finally figured out the correct content MIME type and 
according to my last test it is now working ("white list"). If anyone's 
clients still have difficulty reading signatures within messages that 
are posted to the list, please let me know.
