I have not seen to much of it integrated into other languages..but
perhaps java. I know that if you wanted to use php you would have to
integrate into the receiver and tranceiver to get information to it.

If the devices have a really good api would could get it to work by
possibly writing your own php extension for it, if the api was c or c++
based.
