Senior PHP Developer
$70,000 - $90,000

The Senior PHP Developer role is primarily focused on software development.  This will also involve some collaboration with the development and maintenance of internal support applications, web applications, web services and databases utilizing SQL.

Job Duties:
- Develop, test and implement new applications using PHP (LAMP)
- Enhance, maintain and customize current applications
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and problem solving of development and site performance issues
- Establish and manage development/test environments

Required skills:
PHP (LAMP), Zend and/or Magento experience a plus.

Required experience:
- Extensive PHP Development Experience (5+ years)
- Zend or Magento Experience
- Experience developing software using a formal and structured development methodology
- Collaborative development in a team environment
- Formal testing / software quality assurance experience, including hierarchical test cycle (unit test / application test / system test / user-acceptance test)
- Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds. 
- Knowledge in relational database management systems and relational database design.
- Knowledge in SQL, SQL query optimization and SQL best practices.
