Description:
I am currently negotiating with a company to create a website that is LAMP driven. It should take 50-80 hours of initial programming and then 10-20 hours monthly maintenance and updating.

We will be needing some creative and a lot of programming done.

I am fine using a framework or drupal.

We would be paying $30-40 per hour on a contract basis depending on experience and portfolio.
