Description:
We are looking for part-time programmers and software engineers (to become full time in the future) to help in the redesign of our existing freight forwarding custom web application and the design and implementation of future web applications.  We are currently evaluating between continuing with open source solutions including PHP and MySQL or going the Microsoft .NET route.  Candidates would be responsible for the design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of our applications.  Candidates would also bring new ideas on how to accomplish a task and information on new technologies to the table.

Required skills:
Some or all of the following are preferred:  

Web services
XML
CSS
XHTML
FLEX
Source code management
Database design
PDF creation
Email
Multilingual Applications - Internationalization / localization
Report generation

PHP
------------
PHP 5 with strong OOP practices
MySQL
Zend Framework

Required experience:
3+ years is preferred but will review all applications/resumes.
