Description:
Need programmers to assist in projects that are coming in.  Programmer would be self-motivated, work hourly, and work from home.  

Required skills:
PHP, MySql, AJAX, Ability to communicate well and work as part of a team.

Required experience:
3-5 years minimum

Benefits:
$30 an hour with increased pay after time.
