freedom of architecting and developing mid-scale web applications

Required
* Business-level PHP 4/5 programming expertise
* MySQL
* Large-scale Application Architecture Experience

Additional Skills Sought (NOT REQUIRED)
* DHTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Experience in .NET, PHP, JSP, JAVA, Perl, or other programming  
language
* Desire to learn/play Foosball and First-Person Shooters :-)

Compensation
$30,000 - $50,000 annually depending on experience and capabilities
