Fulll or Part time programmer Needed

We are a Communications company looking to build a specialized site for our 
company to manage our companies internal workings.  We need someone with a 
strong background in PHP,javascript, and mySQL, with a knowledge of flash, 
and a sense of design.  We can pay hourly between 15-20 hr depending on 
skills, or pay for the entire site on a free lance estimate basis. We are 
also looking for this same person to continue to maintain and add additional 
enhancements as we grow.  Some one self-motivated, knowledgable, and can 
bring great ideas to the table can be a great asset to our company.  We are 
looking at getting a quick start on this and have all the deign and lay out 
on how it should work and look is already done.  We can also work remotly
