[UGAF] Interview project ideas

Hey all,

As we are in the process of hiring a new designer for our design team, we have narrowed it down to two finalists and are planning on having them do some kind of hands-on project after our interview with them on Monday. They will only have 1 hour to complete this project. I would love to hear any ideas any of you have, if you have ever done something similar in an interview, or asked it of your interviewees.

I am trying to come up with the best way to have them show how well they work and can be creative within a very short deadline. It can be something print focused or web focused (although just the design aspect, as we work with programmers to do the coding) or even Flash focused.

Please let me know any and all ideas you may have!
