[UGAF] 1 pixel translucent border around resized PS image

I tried to reply, and I think my attached image screwed it up. Any  
how, see below...

I've had that problem too. I don't know how to avoid it, but PS has a  
cool little algorithm to take care of it. Layer > Matting >  "Remove  
white/black matte" removes a single edge pixel of that respective  
color. Layer > Matting >"Defringe" removes edge pixels of any color  
based on your pixel setting.
