[UGAF] table of contents in InDesign

Anyone have experience with the automatic table of contents feature  
in InDesign. Any tips, tricks, or cautions? The last time I did this  
there was no built in functionality for such and we had to use a plug- 
in. It appears to be built well, using styles for the location  
identifiers, but I am curious about automatic repagination before I  
get to deep into this.
