So you don't know Windows Presentation Foundation yet? Wanna become a guru?
We've got 6 WPF developers in Salt Lake already and need additional design
talent to round out our team. We have three, long-term, billable projects
where clients are willing to help fund your career advancement.

Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is:
* The next generation in Microsoft UI technologies (replaces WinForms). The
XAML-based UI foundation of .NET 3.0.
* Built in tools comparable to Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (see
http://www.microsoft.com/expression).
* The foundation of Silverlight, which is emerging as a competitor to Flash
and will soon become a web application platform. See
http://www.silverlight.net.
* The foundation of Microsoft Surface (http://www.microsoft.com/surface/).
Simply cool.
* See a showcase of applications being built in WPF at

We've been working with WPF directly with Microsoft since August 2005, so we
know what we're doing and we've got our customers' trust. We're working on
some of the most visible .NET projects in the healthcare industry --
responsible for changing the way doctors and nurses interact with software.
We're looking for a designer that knows how to code or a coder that knows
how to design. We have openings in Salt Lake City, UT and Raleigh, NC.

applications and a longer history of innovative development or design.
* Firm understanding of best (and worst) practices in Windows UI design
* Demonstrated capacity to create intuitive, information-rich UIs to replace
complex legacy screens
* Superior skills in UI design tools, such as Illustrator, Photoshop. Most

listen to, persuade, explain, and negotiate with team members and with
project leaders
* Ability to prioritize, assess, and recommend trade-offs between business,
user and technical requirements and constraints
* Experience in agile development throughout the entire product lifecycle
* Desire and ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced, dynamic environment
