  Geek lunch: Friday, 29 September 

  We will be holding another Geek Lunch this friday. If there continues to be interest, we’ll probably try to do this once a month or so. The last one was at the Dragon Diner (Chinese food) on 3300 South and 1300 East, and we’d like to keep rotating locations so that the driving distances are reasonable for people as often as possible. So far most of the interest has been in SL County, though there’s at least Timothy in Ogden who’d love it if we did something up that way. Of course, nothing stops us from having them in different locations (i.e. Utah Valley) too, even on the same day as a SL get together. We’re open to suggestions for future venues too.

  Introduction to flash actionscript 

  For our September meeting, Justin Giboney will present an introduction course on flash actionscript.

  Please note that this meeting will be held at an alternate location. The time, however, will be the same: 19:00.

  Directions: Enter the main Camp Williams entrance. You’ll be required to show a picture ID at the guard shack. After passing the guard shack, turn right at the first street (there will be a softball field on your right). Follow this road to the very end. You will pass some white
  trailer buildings on the right. There are 3 new small buildings at the end. We are meeting in the middle building that is marked 9052. I’ll have some signs up.
